Who are we?

Auto Stahl is a family-run, expanding company with three locations in Vienna (Donaustadt, Liesing, Floridsdorf). And new: a flagship store in 1010 Vienna. Our history goes back to the 1950s.
We sell and repair exciting brands: Jaguar, Land Rover, Volvo, Kia, Ford (incl. commercial vehicles), Mazda, Polestar, Honda cars & motorbikes as well as MV Agusta motorbikes, Piaggio & Vespa.

Now we are looking for a new team member for our stock and parts department at our Location in 23. District.

What do you bring to the table?

Your tasks are essentially:

• Ordering spare parts, booking and issuing parts
• Ordering accessories
• Order picking of goods
• Cash sales of spare parts to customers including cashing and invoicing
• Managing and ensuring a sufficient stock of spare parts
• Support and proactive communication with customers and customer service advisors (e.g. in the event of delays)
• Support with stocktaking
• Acceptance of delivered goods
• ...and whatever else is needed to keep the warehouse running smoothly 😉

WHAT ARE YOUR TASKS?

You are the friendly face for our customers, equipped with a lot of expertise 😉:

• Customer care, conducting information and counselling sessions
• Preparation of repair orders & cost estimates
• Acceptance of customer vehicles and handover including declaration of performance
• Checking order invoices
• ongoing optimisation of service quality
• ...and everything else it takes to make customers happy! 🤩
