In principle, we offer a collection and delivery service. However, for insurance reasons, we do not transport your car on its own wheels (i.e. with a driver), but by van. If you are interested in a collection and delivery service, our customer service team will be happy to advise you.

Yes, at Auto Stahl you can have a §57a inspection carried out for your vehicle at all our workshop locations, regardless of the brand. We are officially authorised to do so.

Naturally! Our workshops are open to vehicles from all manufacturers. We are also officially certified and audited for the brands we sell, which means that your warranty claims remain valid.

We ask for your understanding that an appointment is necessary. We plan the resources for each workshop appointment individually! If it is an "emergency", please contact us at short notice anyway. We will endeavour to help you!

A cost estimate is prepared in advance for each repair or service and submitted to you. Work will only begin after your written approval.

Additional defects may be discovered during every repair. If this is the case, you will be contacted by our customer service team and asked whether you would like your vehicle to be repaired. Further repairs will only be carried out after your approval.

We generally repair all brands. We are an officially audited and certified brand workshop for Jaguar, Land Rover, Ford, Mazda, Kia, Volvo, Polestar, Honda (Auto & Bike), MV Agusta, Piaggio and Vespa.

You are welcome to reserve a replacement vehicle for the duration of the workshop stay. The costs are 99.90 euros/day for category A cars, 49.90 euros/day for category B cars and 49.90 euros/day for scooters (all excl. fuel costs). Please indicate that you require a replacement vehicle when booking your appointment!

Every manufacturer of our own brands has detailed specifications on how long a service may take, what needs to be checked and which parts need to be replaced. As a certified workshop partner, we adhere exactly to these guidelines.

You are welcome to wait for your car with us - please let us know when you make your appointment. We will be happy to spoil you with good coffee in the meantime. However, whether waiting makes sense depends on the type of work being carried out.

If you still have a printed service booklet, please bring it with you to your appointment. Digital service booklets are filled out digitally on site.

You have the option of paying in cash, by credit card or via a payment portal. We offer B2B customers payment on account after a credit check has been carried out.

Yes, at all three workshop locations we have a "night reception" with a safe where you can safely deposit your keys. If you wish to collect your vehicle outside opening hours, please arrange this with our customer service team.

At our Vienna 22 location, we have our own registration centre on site. Our sales team will be happy to advise you and/or actively support you with the insurance and registration of your new vehicle.

In any case, we recommend that you make an appointment for a test drive in advance. This ensures that the desired vehicle is available and that someone from the sales advisor team is ready for you. If you drop by spontaneously, we will of course also endeavour to arrange a test drive for you at short notice. However, we ask for your understanding that there may be restrictions here.

Yes, Auto Stahl also does trade-ins. This requires an appraisal. Our valuation experts look at the car on the basis of certain parameters and assess it. The Eurotax values also play a role in determining the price.

Auto Stahl has co-operations with a number of renowned credit and leasing companies. Our sales advisor team will be happy to work with you to find a customised option that best suits your needs!

We are a one-stop shop! We not only take care of your new vehicle, but are also happy to provide you with insurance and financing offers if you wish!

Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve vehicles. The First Come - First Serve principle applies!

The B2B conditions vary from manufacturer to manufacturer and are constantly changing. In most cases, proof of being a company is sufficient to obtain special conditions. We will be happy to advise you in detail!
