Terms and conditions for the Kia Beach & Surf Fest competition

Conditions of participation

The Kia Beach & Surf Fest competition is in no way connected to Meta and is in no way sponsored, supported or organised by Meta. The recipient of the information provided by the participant is not Meta, but "Auto - Stahl" Reparatur und Vertriebs-Gesellschaft m.b.H. The information provided will be used solely for the competition.

Participation in the competition is only possible under the conditions set out here. By participating, the participant expressly recognises these conditions of participation. AUTO STAHL reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons.

Registration for the competition takes place via a comment on our meta-posting for this competition. Multiple comments will be counted as a single entry.

Comments that violate the meta guidelines, Austrian law, our netiquette and/or copyright will be removed without prior notice. The participant will be excluded from the prize draw.

Participation

Eligible to participate are persons residing in Austria who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation and are "fans" of AUTO STAHL at Meta. Employees of Auto Stahl and/or their family members as well as all persons involved in the creation of the competition are not eligible to participate.

Prize & prize draw

Only the prizes set out in the game will be awarded. These are limited to the 2x2 Viptickets for the Kia Beach & Surf Fest from 30.4. - 3.5. 2026. The vehicle pictured is excluded from the competition.

The prize draw will take place on 28 April 2026 without the public being informed and in accordance with the principle of random selection.

The winner will be informed via PN. The winner must report their contact and address details to the AUTO STAHL website via "private message" within 24 hours (from notification of winning). The winner will then receive a link including a QR code to collect the tickets at the event. If the winner does not confirm acceptance of the prize within this time, the claim to the prize will be forfeited without substitution. There is no obligation to accept the prize.

Procedure & data protection

Any personal data collected from participants as part of the competition will be collected, processed and used by the organiser solely for the purpose of running the competition and will be deleted after the competition has ended. The participant expressly agrees to this.

The participant may revoke this consent at any time by letter, fax or e-mail. The participant is responsible for the correctness and completeness of the data submitted.

No cash redemption, legal recourse is excluded.
