Additional technical information - Why replacing the windscreen is important

A stone chip can quickly develop into a larger crack
A damaged windscreen impairs visibility and safety
Modern windscreens are part of the vehicle structure - important for airbag and body rigidity
The function of driver assistance systems (e.g. camera, sensors) can only be guaranteed if they are replaced professionally
After replacement, the systems are calibrated in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications
